Toyota Motor Corp.. recently announced the proposed retail price of manufacturing (manufacturer's suggested retail prices / MSRP) for the Prius C 2012. Hybrid hatchback will be sold starting at U.S. $ 18,950, or about 168 million dollars and can be found at Toyota dealers dealerships in Europe, the United States and Japan, next March.As reported inautonews, Prius C is available in four grades and will be equipped with Hybrid Synergy Drive engine 1.5-liter DOHC, 16-valve with VVT-i technology, permanent magnet AC synchronous, and a battery hydride144 volt nickel-metal that produces 25.9 hp of electric propulsion. The total power that can be ejected hybrid engine is 99 hp.
Prius C offers three driving modes, namely Normal, Eco and EV. Eco mode reduces total fuel consumption with climate control and manage the gas pedal to improve vehicle efficiency.
In certain circumstances, allows the Prius EV Mode C drive using only the electric engine in the distance and speed, following distance of 1 mile and speeds below 25 miles per hour.
Prius C is also still carrying the 3.5-inch information display color TFT information display, with the ability of Bluetooth hands-free mobile, remote keyless entry and iPod connectivity through a USB port.
Display Audio Optional devices include the Entune infotainment and connectivity of the Toyota system, navigation system and 16-inch alloy rims.
